Development Processes

I mapped out the floor plan of SOTA where it coincides where Copacabana beach was. Meanwhile i mapped out the vegetation that spread out in Rio De Janeiro. By combining these two mappings together, it formed what seemed to be a kind of movement; a natural movement of trees in this case and not people.

What came about was the idea of giving a vague idea and concept to people about what was bestowed to us by Mother Nature and what was created by people and machines. The first concept was to actually to allow growth in a man-made material. This was to portray the idea of natural growth within a man-made environment. After reaching a certain height, this natural growth is threatened by the man-made constraint.
